FEAIA Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all products and services provided by FEAIA ("we", "us", "Company"), including:

• FEAIA desktop application (Windows/macOS)
• FEAIA marketing website (feaia.cc)
• FEAIA Partner Dashboard
• FEAIA API and developer tools

By using any of these services, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account registration: email address, username, hashed password
• Partner profile: legal name, phone number, payment details (partners only)
• Communications: messages you send us via email or support tickets

2.2 Automatically collected technical data

• Device identifiers: OS version, device type, screen resolution
• Usage statistics: feature frequency, session duration (anonymized)
• Crash reports: error stack traces (no personal data)
• Network: IP address, approximate location (country/region level)

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Contractually bound vendors for cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery — limited to what is necessary for the service.
• Upline partners: Your direct upline partner may see your activation count and status (no financial details).
• Legal requirements: In response to valid legal orders from government or judicial bodies.
• Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as a business asset with advance notice.

• Active accounts: Retained for the life of the account.
• After account deletion: Personally identifiable data deleted within 30 days; anonymized aggregates may persist.
• Partner financial records: Retained up to 7 years per tax and accounting regulations.
• Crash and log data: Auto-purged after 90 days.

You may request account and data deletion at any time from your account settings.

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Transit encryption: TLS 1.3 on all endpoints
• At-rest encryption: AES-256 for database and file storage
• Password hashing: bcrypt (cost factor ≥ 12)
• Access controls: least-privilege principle, MFA for internal systems
• Regular security audits and penetration testing

FEAIA operates across multiple global data centers. Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your region. We ensure compliant cross-border transfers through:

• EU users: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Mainland China users: Compliance with PIPL cross-border transfer rules and security assessment requirements
• All transfers are subject to this Policy and applicable protective agreements
