FEAIA Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the FEAIA software or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FEAIA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the FEAIA software on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does NOT permit you to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Rent, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the software
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the software for any commercial purpose (except promotional activities by authorized Partners)

Certain features require creating an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it updated
• Take full responsibility for all activities under your account
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts when necessary, particularly upon detection of suspicious activity.

FEAIA provides AI-powered virtual companion features. When using AI features, note that:

• Not a real relationship: AI characters are not real people; interactions do not constitute actual human relationships.
• Entertainment only: Advice, information, or content from AI should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
• Local processing: Conversation content is processed locally and not uploaded to servers (when using local models).
• Third-party models: When using online AI models, your conversation content may be subject to the third-party provider's terms of service.

You may not use the Services for:

The FEAIA software, AI character designs, brand identity, website content, and underlying technology (collectively "FEAIA Content") are the proprietary property of FEAIA, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create through the Services (e.g., custom character configurations) belongs to you, excluding any protected elements of FEAIA Content.

You grant FEAIA a non-exclusive license to use content you submit solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.

Certain premium features or content require payment. Regarding payments:

• All prices are in the stated currency, inclusive of applicable taxes
• Subscription fees are charged in advance per billing cycle and cannot be paused
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle

Refund policy:

• Digital content (skins, items, etc.) is non-refundable once accessed
• Subscription services may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if use has been minimal
• Technical failures preventing use may qualify for equivalent compensation or refund

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) AI content is accurate, complete, or suitable; (c) the Services will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FEAIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

FEAIA's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; the above limitation may not apply to you.

You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you breach these Terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access without notice.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using and uninstall the software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limitations, etc.) remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unsuccessful, submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under its arbitration rules, seated in Shanghai, conducted in Chinese.

For users outside mainland China, disputes may alternatively be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), conducted in English.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with 14 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to amended Terms, please stop using the Services and delete your account before the amendments take effect.
